GENERAL PROCESSING​

• Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 15 days prior to the date of the order.

• For any refunds approved by THAT SIKH INVESTOR, it will take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

 

DIGITAL PROGRAMS, WEBINARS, AND EVENTS

• Non-Refundable Programs: There are no refunds available for Group STP, 1:1 STP (which can be paused), The Mindset Program (which can be paused), and Mindset Metamorphosis.

• Conditional Webinar Refunds: No refunds will be provided after the Zoom link has been shared for the live Trading Webinars (1.0 & 2.0), Communication Webinar, and Discipline and Mindset Transformation.

• Level Up Weekend:

  • Upon applying, our team will conduct a brief eligibility assessment; if we are unable to offer you a place, your payment will be refunded in full.

  • Otherwise, refunds are not possible for this event.

  • If you are unable to join at the last minute, you must notify the team at least 15 days beforehand to have your payment credited to a future Level Up Weekend.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & WARRANTIES​

• In the case of receiving damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2-3 days of receipt.

• Defect or damage requests will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their own end.

• For any complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
